At the Black Sabbath Official Store, we want you to be fully satisfied with your heavy metal gear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, you can return or exchange unworn and unwashed items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the merchandise is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; once received, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 7-10 business days.
